Meet the Founders
Every journey starts with curiosity and for Rajwardhan Shinde, it began as a Junior 3D Artist in Mumbai.
Fueled by a love for visuals and storytelling, Rajwardhan took his next step in Pune as an Unreal Engine artist. It was here he discovered the world of AR and VR, where technology meets imagination. He didn’t just work on immersive projects he built them, exploring new ways to interact, engage, and bring ideas to life.
As he dived deeper into interactive design and game development, something bigger began to take shape. He wasn’t just crafting visuals anymore he was building experiences, and with that came a vision:
A space where creativity and technology could grow together.
That’s how Zenith AVGCXR was born.
Today, under his leadership, Zenith is more than just a studio it’s a hub of innovation. From animation and VFX to games and XR, we’re building a future powered by creativity, and a team that shares the same passion Rajwardhan started with.

Rushikesh Hire started his creative journey in Pune as a 3D Artist, where he spent over two years bringing ideas to life through design and storytelling. Working on diverse projects, he gained hands-on experience across animation, visuals, and interactive content all within the fast-paced world of creative production.
During this time, he met Rajwardhan Shinde a like-minded creator with a passion for innovation and immersive tech. They weren’t just colleagues they were two driven minds constantly exchanging ideas, pushing each other creatively, and dreaming of something bigger.
Those conversations turned into vision.
With shared values and complementary skills, they laid the foundation for Zenith AVGCXR a company where creativity and technology come together to build new worlds.
Now, as COO and Co-founder, Rushikesh leads the operational and creative workflows, making sure every project runs smoothly — without losing the magic that sparked this journey in the first place.
